If you have ordered/purchased from us, we cannot send out Berghia until we have had confirmation from yourself as to when you wish us to dispatch your order to ensure that someone will be home to receive the delivery. If you have purchased and not had an email from us PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS !! Our emails have probably ended up in there. We are based in South Wales.

IF you wish to order berghia please email us.
This is to Order from our next available Batch and NOT for immediate dispatch, there is always a waiting list for our berghia.
Once ordered you will be offered berghia as soon as ready in payment received order. You will receive an email from us ABOUT A WEEK before they are ready with a list of possible dispatch dates.

We will confirm your order via email within 24-48 working hours of your order being received by us. We send all emails ourselves we DO NOT use automated replies. So if you haven't received our email yet you will.
We do not always get chance to reply to email on Shipping days.

Berghia-UK use and recommend Red Sea.
We use Red Sea Salt in all of our breeding systems with great success.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT WE WILL BE BACK THURSDAY.

ANYONE WHO HAS EMAILED PLEASE BE PATIENT WE HAVE HAD EMAIL ISSUSES FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND WE NOW HOPE THAT THIS IS SORTED.

Anyone who has placed orders will hear from us within the next few days, but please understand berghia are now hatching and just starting to grow out.

Please also note that we will not ship berghia during severe weather or extreme cold as they are likely to not survive and this would not be fair to the berghia or our customers. If the weather is severe or extremely cold please do not expect us to ship your berghia we will contact you and provisionally book another dispatch day when we expect the weather to have improved enough for us to be able to ship.
