If you are not Receiving our emails, please note that this is not a fault with us or our end it is a problem that has arisen with certain email account holders due to their email account increasing Spam filters at the start of this year.
These accounts (and could be more now) are actually either putting our emails into your SPAM folder or indeed with some (BT INTERNET Being one) they are deleting them so that they NEVER appear into your inbox or SPAM folder at all. So as far as you will be concerned you will NOT have received an email from us and indeed won't receive any emails form us. You WILL have received an email from us and if it does not appear in your spam folder it wil lbe that your email provider will have deleted it.
We are sending the emails its just that your email account has decided not to allow you to receive them.
We are having customers posting on forums about our lack of communication with them, which is very frustrating as we are sending so many emails to these customers they are just not being allow to receive them by their email account provider.
We have even resorted to having to contact some customers via Facebook obviously not everyone is on there so this does not always work.
If you are not receiving emails and have one of the accounts listed below please note that you will probably need to make alternative arrangements to contact us.
