Ordering Details
Thank you for your interest in our site and itenms that we have or breed. Here is some information about hwhat happens when you place an order with ourselves.
When you place and order with ourselves you will receive an email to confirm your order within 24 hours/1 working day of placing your order, in this email we will confirm that your order has been received and accepted by ourselves. You will be advised of the next available delivery days for the items that you have ordered (especially if order berghia or other livestock). We will then await your confirmation of the dispatch day that suits you before we will ship, this is to ensure that you or someone is at home to receive the delivery.
PLEASE NOTE :- Livestock is only shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays for next day delivery either by Special Delivery or by Courier. You CANNOT receive your delivery of berghia or other livestock on a Monday as we will not allow our berghia to sit in a depot over the weekend.
Live Food Orders - all of our live food orders are harvested to order to ensure that they are shipped freshly packaged and we will only harvest at the begining of the week and these will be sent by First Class post. If you requrie your live food order sooner or as a matter of urgency please do email us and if we can help we will try to.
Any dry goods ordered will be shipped as soon as possible we will confirm their dispatch.
