BATCH. YOU WILL BE EMAILED WITH A ROUGH ESTIMATE ON WHEN YOUR BERGHIA WILL
BE READY ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER. YOU ARE NOT ORDERING FOR IMMEDIATE
DISPATCH UNLESS WE HAVE AGREED THIS WITH YOU PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Please note that if you order you are agreeing to the terms as set out below.
Once your order has been received by us you will receive an email from us
to confirm your order and advise you of when we expect berghia for your order
to be mature ready for dispatch.
It is unlikely that we will have berghia ready to ship straight out.

Please note that we do reserve the right to refuse custom, and do not need to give a reason for this. If we do refuse your order a full refund will be made at the time of refusal.
You will be contacted by us with
an order confirmation and then an email with the next avavilable dispatch
dates for your order this is all by email not phone.
We operate online only and do not offer a phone service this is because we
are breeders and work long hours in our fish house breeding the species that
we breed and working on producing more. If we were to offer a phone service
we would greatly reduce the time we could spend on breeding and we are not
prepared to do this. If you place and order with us you are agreeing to this
and it is a must that you keep checking your emails for correspondence from
us. If we do not get a response from you to our emails we will put a hold
on your order until we have managed to get a response this might mean that
you end up waiting until the next available berghia are ready as we will not
hold onto berghia past 8 weeks of age whilst waiting for a response from the
customer. You will still be supplied with berghia but as soon as the next
ones are available.
In ordering you are accepting that
we will be fulfiilling your order form our next available batch of berghia
to be ready.
We will email you a list of available dispatch dates about a week before
your berghia are ready for shipping for you to choose a date that suits
you best. We will not ship without this agreement from you. It is unlikely
that we will have berghia ready to ship straight out we are aiming to have
waiting time for berghia to mature down to 4 weeks, but this will have to
be confirmed to you at the time.
SEVERE WEATHER
In the even of severe weather we will not ship Berghia during extreme or
severe weather any orders that are scheduled for dispatch during any bad
weather will be delayed and alternative dates when the weather has improved.
Number of Berghia
Please ensure that you are ordering enough berghia to solve your aiptasia infestation. If you do not order enough berghia it will look as if they are not working as the aiptasia will spawn more faster than the berghia can consume them.
If this is the case you are wasting your money as they won't clear your tank. They only eat aips so have to work but they are small and you have to have enough of them.
You also must NOT overstock with Berghia as they will starve to death, people underestimate how quickly they eat aiptasia.

We are happy to ship outside the UK, please email us for a price for shipping. Prices added at checkout are for UK only. If you wish to order for delivery outside the UK we will send you a paypal invoice for payment.
